Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• It must be returned with all accessories
• You must request the return within 14 days of receiving your order

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

• Custom or personalised items
  (This includes items made to order, customised with names, or tailored to your specifications)
• Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or are not in resalable condition

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us:
   Email us at daniel.fox@foxy3dprints.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorisation:
   We will confirm if your item is eligible and provide return instructions.
3. Send the Item Back:
   Items must be returned within 14 days of your return request being approved.
   We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
   Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was received damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
We do not refund original shipping costs (if any), unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement, refund, or repair where appropriate — at no cost to you.
