Standard Free Delivery
- Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
- Cost: Free
Standard delivery is available across the UK at no additional cost. Your order will be processed promptly and delivered within the estimated timeframe.
Express Delivery
- Delivery Time: 2–3 working days
- Cost: £2.99
If you need your order sooner, choose express delivery at checkout. Your order will be prioritised and delivered within 2–3 working days.
Order Dispatch & Processing Time
- Dispatch Time: All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of purchase.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day (usually Monday).
Tracking Information
- Orders over £20: Tracking is included, and you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders under £20: These may be sent via an untracked service. If you would prefer tracked delivery for a smaller order, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Issues or Delays
While we do our best to ensure all orders arrive on time, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather or courier disruptions). If your order is late, lost, or arrives damaged, please get in touch within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll assist you.
